Howdy, and welcome to the One to Watch! This week, we’re featuring a tune from Craig Moritz. He’s from Canada, originally from Medicine Hat, Alberta. According to an interview with Moritz in 2011, a conversation with Toby Keith cemented his desire to pursue a career in Country music. Both singers had worked in blue-collar jobs, including in the oilfields (Keith in Texas, Moritz in Canada).
So far, Moritz has yet to hit the ‘big time’ like Keith, but perhaps this song will be the big one. It’s called, “Fun To Drink With”.
