Are you ready for the big Halloween weekend? A lot of people are, with a survey saying over 65 percent of Americans plan to participate this year. All told, we’ll spend over $10 billion on candy, costumes, and fake vampire blood, up $2 billion from last year.
In Rhinelander, the Downtown area is inviting trick or treaters on Saturday, October 30, from 2 until 4 pm. City-wide trick or treat time will be from 4 until 7 pm on Sunday, Halloween day.
