Howdy, and welcome to another One To Watch! This week we’re featuring Texas native Catie Offerman. According to her online bio, Offerman started with music at an early age, learning to play numerous instruments. At 16, she and her dad moved to Boston so she could attend the prestigious Berklee School of Music. After a temporary stop in Los Angeles, she traveled to Europe and honed her songwriting skills. Returning to LA, Offerman turned down a music contract and moved to Nashville. She has since signed a publishing contract and now a record deal with Universal Music Group Nashville. The song we’re featuring today is called, ‘Get A Dog’.
