The One To Watch for Wednesday September 6 2023

Howdy, and welcome to another One To Watch! This week, it’s Louisiana native Bryan Martin. He’s joining a growing list of blue-collar singer/songwriters who are gaining popularity based on their gritty life-based music that resonates with listeners. According to his online bio, Martin worked in the oilfields as a ‘roughneck’, while writing songs and playing music mostly as a hobby/passion. His song videos on YouTube and TikTok eventually gained the attention of music execs. That resulted in the release of the album Poets and Old Souls in March of this year. One of the songs from the album is our One To Watch for this week, We Ride.
