Now that Super Bowl 60 is over, it’s time to turn our attention to America’s Favorite pastime: Baseball!
The Brewers arrived in Maryvale, Arizona this week with pitchers and catchers arriving Wednesday, and the first workout scheduled for Thursday, and Cactus League play getting underway Saturday, the 21st against Cleveland! With stellar performances by Milwaukee the past three seasons, they have a chance to make history this season! Never before has a team won four consecutive National League Central Division titles, which is what they will try to do. Only the Houston Astros and St Louis Cardinals are the other teams that have had NL Central three-peats since the National League realignment back in 1994. The pitching and defense are expected to be strengths this upcoming season. The question is, can the offense keep up the pace this season, despite making no significant additions? How will the rest of the Central Division fare? At this point, it looks like the Brewers have some stiff competition! I guess time will tell!
