The 2022 Hodag Country Band Pick-off is history, and it was a splendid event! Six bands played for a capacity crowd at the Pines Event Center in Rhinelander Sunday, March 20. We’re happy to announce the winner is Rebel Jane!
Rebel Jane consists of Conover resident Jenna Jane, and her bandmates Tim Driscoll, Lindsey Martini, and Robert Juncheu III. This was their first time playing at the pickoff. They’ll represent WHDG and Rhinelander when they compete at the Hodag Country Festival on Friday, July 8th, 2022, for cash prizes and the title of Wisconsin State Country Band Champion!
Coming in second was Still Reckless, and Sye Haack and the Influence finished third.
