Welcome to another One To Watch! This time around, we’re featuring Tucker Wetmore. According to his online bio, The Kalama Washington native learned to play piano when he was young but was also attracted to sports. He played football in college, but a broken leg prevented his career from continuing, so he turned back to music. He eventually moved to Nashville, where he started from the ground up with, in his words, a ‘bunch of terrible songs’. But Wetmore kept his nose to the grindstone and gradually honed his songwriting into what it is today. Wetmore will be opening for several big names this summer and is one of Luke Bryan’s special guests during his upcoming Farm Tour.
