Howdy, and welcome to another One To Watch! This week we’re featuring Texas native Laci Kaye Booth. She made it to the final five on season 17 of American Idol in 2019, so that success motivated her to move to Nashville. According to her bio, her “dreamy country” sound drew the attention of the record labels in Music City. Big Machine Label Group won out, and a self-titled eight song EP was released in early August.
