These contest rules are specific to the Spin To Win Contest (the “Contest”) conducted by NRG Media, LLC d/b/a WHDG (the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 3616 Highway 47 North Rhinelander Wisconsin 54501, during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.whdg.com/contest-rules. These rules are intended to supplement the General Contest rules, however, to the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

Listeners 21 and over can visit a Spin To Win Event between May 24 – July 1, 2024. See www.WHDG.com for locations and dates.

Instant Prizes:

Listeners will visit Spin To Win remote events, where they can complete an entry form with their name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth.

At each remote, WHDG will randomly select winners from all eligible entries:

• Two winners of a 1-day Hodag Country Festival ticket (value $100.00)
• Additional prize winners may be drawn based on availability of prizes.

Grand Prize/Consolation Prize:
There are two ways to win either the Grand Prize or Consolation Prize

At the Spin To Win Remote events, listeners will have the chance to spin the wheel. Slots on the wheel will include a chance to be entered in the drawing for the Grand Prize Package. If the listener’s spin lands on that slot, they will be entered in the drawing at that Remote. Five finalists will be randomly selected from eligible Spin to Win qualifiers at each remote for the Grand Prize Package drawing.

Listeners can also qualify to win the Grand Prize/Consolation Prize by registering online at https://www.whdg.com during the contest period. Ten finalists will be randomly selected from all eligible on-line entries.

Then on July 1, 2024, the station will randomly select the Grand Prize winner from the combined remote and on-line Grand Prize finalists.

The Grand Prize Package is:

Four (4) 9-day tickets to the HODAG Country Festival 2024

Four (4) VIP seats for performances

The use of an RV from July 10-14. The RV is parked at the site and may not be moved.

Grand Prize approximate value is $2,420

Consolation Prize:

Following the random selection of the Grand Prize winner, one more name from the finalists will be drawn for a consolation prize of two nine-day tickets to the 2024 Hodag Country Festival, a $360 value.

Winners may only win one prize during the contest period. Only one Grand Prize Package Drawing qualifier per household.

Grand Prize winner will be responsible for signing an agreement from sponsor accepting responsibility of the use of the camper. If the selected winner of the Grand Prize is unable to accept the prize, station may continue to randomly draw names until a winner is found.

Station and contest sponsors are not responsible for Winner’s or Guest’s inability to acquire transportation to a location to use or accept the prize; personal circumstances prohibiting participation in a contest or acceptance of a prize; cancellations or closures of festival, shows, attractions; or other circumstances beyond their control. Nothing in any contest is intended to create or imply any contractual, fiduciary or other rights for the contestant or obligations, except as expressly stated by Station.

Total Value of all prizes: at least $3,380, to be determined by the number of remote broadcasts held, and additional prizes available.

Qualifiers and Finalists are responsible for transportation and any expenses associated with attending HODAG COUNTRY FESTIVAL. Station acts as an agent only and does not control the various aspects of prize including but not limited to health and safety measures of destination locations, transportation, attractions, amenities, lodging or meals.
